Katie Riley

I am currently attending Wilson College and will be graduating in May 2024 with a degree in Environmental Science and minors in Biology, Chemistry, and Conservation Studies. My academic journey reflects a dedicated commitment to environmental stewardship, education, and community engagement. As captain of the Wilson College women’s soccer team, I've honed valuable leadership skills and teamwork principles. Simultaneously, as President of the Environmental Club, I've led initiatives fostering sustainability awareness on campus.

A significant experience was my internship at Fulton Farm, where I discovered my passion for beekeeping and earned the John D. Rose Award in Environmental Science. Engaging in pollinator education strengthened my drive to pursue a career uniting conservation, education, and community involvement. I aspire to contribute to hands-on conservation and education efforts. I am open to further education, including a master’s degree or Ph.D., my journey at Wilson College has molded me into an environmentally conscious leader ready to translate passion into meaningful action.
